Ordering Information
Ordering is very simple. First, E-Mail Us with the order numbers of each CD you'd like to order,
as well as the quantity, so that I can set aside those CDs for you, and list them as
out-of-stock on these pages if necessary. All items listed shown in the in-stock pages should be
in stock, but please wait until I return your E-Mail to verify that, or your wait time could be
up to a month! And you don't want that, do you?
Shipping and Handling
Add $3.00 (US Funds) for the first CD, and $1.00 for each additional CD. Orders are generally
shipped via U.S. Priority Mail, which takes about three days to arrive.
Methods of Payment
We currently accept checks and money orders made out in U.S. Funds. Make these items payable to:
MATTHEW C. WATERMAN. We do not accept credit card numbers yet, but this is something that may
be added in the future, depending on how much volume is handled.

Your CDs will be shipped out the same day your money order arrives, or your check clears.
Return Policy
Open CDs can only be exchanged for the same CD, and then only if they are not obviously heavily
scratched. Send it back to us, and we will send you a new copy, as well as reimburse you for
shipping charges.
Exceptions
Cracked CD Cases, or if you get a CD case with broken teeth, the part that
holds the CD in place, you will need to be responsible for replacing the jewel case yourself,
unless the actual CD is damaged. The reason for this is that the cases that SM uses are not the
highest quality possible, and they occasionally get broken in transit from Taiwan, something we
cannot control. My prices are very low to reflect that cost, so we think this is a fair policy,
and new cases usually only cost $1 at most record stores.
